Fluid Mechanic Laboratory: Discharge Over Weirs

Purpose:
To study the relation between flow rate and total head above the cress level of the rectangular notch and V notch.

Learning Outcome:
· Calculate the flow rate in difference notch.
· Identify the relationship between flow rate and total head.
· Identify the velocity and the magnitude of the flow rate in notch.
